Start the day going through the Central Market, discovering the most emblematic market stalls, its curiosities and the typical products of the region.
After that, we will start the workshop, located in the city centre, surrounded by wineries. We will prepare the following dishes:
Potatoes seasoned with onion, parsley and egg.
Mushrooms filled with meat and diced cured ham with an oloroso wine reduction sauce.
Scrambled eggs with garlic prawns.
Enjoy all the dishes prepared at the workshop.
Wines of Jerez, beer, soft drink, mineral water.
